CRISPR/Cas9, is an RNA-guided targeted genome editing tool – allows researchers to do gene knockout, knock-in SNPs, insertions and deletions in cell lines and animals. The CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing system requires two components, Cas9, the endonuclease, and a guide RNA (sgRNA); sgRNA guides Cas9 to the location in the genome sequence specifically. With the protospacer-adjacent motif (PAM - the sequence NGG) present at the 3’end, Cas9 will unwind the DNA duplex and cleave both strands upon recognition of a target sequence by the guide RNA.

EdiGene provide CRISPR genome editing tools for cell line contains validated sgRNA, Cas9 stable cell line, gRNA and Donor Cloning and so on. Our validated sgRNA has been used to generated gene knockout cell line successfully. The Cas9 expressing stable cell line constitutively expressing the Cas9 protein enable to act as “molecular scissors” to cut the DNA. EdiGene’s Complete Solutions for Genome Editing provide you with a wealth of tools to help you every step of the way in your genome editing workflow.

EdiGene provides reagents to support a broad range of CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing applications. Click on any genome editing related product below and learn more about how we can help you. These tools can make your CRISPR genome editing experiment more effective!

sgrna2

Validated sgRNA

Single guide RNA (sgRNA) program Cas9 nucleases to cut at a specific genomic location. The design of an effective, functional guide RNA is critical to achieving specific gene knockout., Validated guide RNAs available from EdiGene are the guides that have been used to generate our Knockout Cell Lines successfully. If your cell type contains the target sequence, you can use it directly.

 Cas9 stable cell line

EdiGene's stable cell lines constitutively expressing the CRISPR Cas9 nuclease enable you to carry out CRISPR genome editing applications with high efficiency. The Cas9 stable cell lines are available pre-made in many human cell lines.
